We’re in our last week of May and it’s just a few weeks until our first CSA pick-ups! We have acres and acres of veggies planted and we can’t wait until we can start the harvest.
There’s still room at all of our CSA pick-up locations for more members and our spring crops look amazing this year so if you haven’t already joined, now is a great time!
Our first shares deliveries are the second week of June and we’ll have a nice selection of lettuce and greens as well as some storage roots and possibly some rhubarb. By the second week we should have strawberries! We’ve been planting non-stop all through April and May and we have over 20 acres planted so far. The danger of frost is passed now and we’ll be planting our field peppers, tomatoes, eggplants, summer squash, winter squash, basil, and more in the coming couple of weeks. It looks like it’s going to be a great season!
