CSA Shares This Week

This week we brought most of the winter squash in from the fields and it’s a bumper crop! So, we’ll be loading your CSA boxes up for the rest of the season. The nights have been a bit more chilly, but still no sign of frost – so we’ll keep picking peppers; in fact, this week we should be able to get one more round of Japanese Eggplants in the share boxes as well.

Winter CSA Boxes: We offer two deliveries of Full Bushels of winter veggies (35 lbs +) One the week before Thanksgiving and one in late December. These boxes are full of vegetables that will store well and are a great way to bring the harvest to your holidays.  Click here for more Winter Box info.
