The packing area smelled amazing this week as the crew was washing the fresh basil and fennel! If you have leftover basil, try this recipe for basil oil to preserve any leftover basil. A great way to use up fresh basil. For the holiday weekend, and warm weather we’ve got some great fresh salads, and an easy how-to for stir fry.
