Welcome to our first Weekly CSA Meal Plan! Each week we’ll share 5 recipes to go along with you boxed CSA Share. We’ll also publish a shopping list you can print out or download to your phone. Click on the vegetables listed above to visit each veggie’s info page. Here you’ll find storage and preparations tips, nutrition info, and a list of recipes. We’re starting with gluten-free, vegetarian, and omnivore meals. Looking for any specific recipes? Let us know in the comments! This week’s share includes hearty greens that can be enjoyed raw or cooked, fresh radishes, and our delicious carrots.

Kitchen Tips
Triple wash your greens ahead of time and store them in the fridge to cut down on prep time during the week.

Miso Noodle Soup – A favorite recipe from last fall,
use your carrots, 1/2 bunch of spinach, scallions, and a few radishes to make a spring batch.
