In our ceaseless mission to bring organic veggies grown on our farm to neighborhoods in Central New York and the Southern Tier we have added eleven new CSA pick-up locations to our 2014 delivery routes. The majority of our pick-up locations are at small, locally owned businesses and nonprofits. These organizations share a similar missions of serving the well being of the greater community, a fact that we love to tout. By working together we can strengthen the community as a whole by realizing the wholesome missions of a whole network of enterprises. Some of our CSA pick-up locations are hosted by individuals at their private residences. Many of our most successful pick-up locations are in peoples garages or on their porches. These Neighborhood CSA Pick-up Locations offer a way for local neighbors to connect over food. When people come together to pick-up their CSA share at someones home, conversations begin. Neighbors get to know each other, recipes are shared, and friendships formed.
