We’re expanding our Binghamton delivery route! During our Academic Share Season (late August – mid-November) we’ll deliver CSA Shares to the Binghamton Food Co-op located in the basement of the Binghamton University Union. If you haven’t been by the co-op, stop by for lunch sometime! The co-op offers a mostly organic vegetarian selection daily for lunch. The co-op offers as much local dairy, eggs, and produce as possible (including produce from Early Morning Farm!). In addition to lunch, pick-up bulk offerings like nuts, seeds, and dried fruit. Pick up your CSA Share from 2:00 – 4:00 pm late August – mid-November at the Binghamton Food Co-op.
On Fridays we’ll deliver CSA Share boxes right to the co-op. We’ll deliver Academic Season CSA Shares starting the last week in August. The Academic Share has the same contents as the Basic CSA Share, 7-9 different vegetables each week and 30-35 servings. CSA Share members receive a weekly meal plan with 5 recipes to go with the vegetables in their share.
