We’ve added another Ithaca pick-up site, convenient to downtown and Cornell. Located at 1107 E State St, this is a Neighborhood Pick-up Site hosted by Jeff and Laura Hobbs. Neighborhood pick-up sites serve as weekly meeting spots for community members to share in the harvest. 1107 E State St is 1/2 mile from Belle Sherman Elementary, just 1 mile from the Ithaca Commons, 4 miles from Cornell, and just 6.4 miles from Caroline Elementary making it a very convenient site for Ithaca, Caroline, and Brooktondale. This neighborhood site also has great parking! We’ll be delivering our Neighborhood CSA Share Boxes to 1107 E State St every Wednesday from June 11th – November 12th in 2014. Choose from two different size boxes – the Basic Share or the Premium Share.
The Basic Share contains 7-9 different varieties of certified organic vegetables each week, yielding 30-35 servings. The Premium Share box will get you 40-45 servings and 10-12 different varieties weekly. Students and Faculty can also take advantage of our Academic Season Share – a Basic CSA Share box weekly from August 27 – November 12. The Academic Share is perfect for anyone who spends their summers outside of Central New York, take advantage of the second half of the season. We keep in touch!
