On September 22nd we have a great fundraiser dinner on the farm to benefit Healthy Food For All! a program that helps SNAP and WIC eligible households pay for CSA shares.  Each season for the past 6 years we’ve paired with a local winery, and a local chef to bring together a gourmet 4 course meal using all local ingredients.

For the last few years we’ve worked with the Aurora Inn and Bet the Farm Winery to put this event on, and we’re very pleased that both of these organizations have agreed to work with us again.  To reserve a seat please check the HFFA website.

Open House Event

We really do want to have an open house event and invite you all out to the farm – and we had hoped to pull this off in August.  But we ran into some labor shortages in July. We’re ok we have kept up with things and have some new hires on board now – but it has meant that I’ve been pulled away from some of the office tasks on my plate in order to help out in the fields.  Bottom line is that it’s not looking like August is going to work out.  We’re now looking at October for a fall open house/harvest fest event instead.
