Fall Harvest Season
The Autumn harvest has officially begun! We’re hauling in the Winter Squash and Cabbages, early this week we snapped the tops of of the Brussels Sprouts so the sprouts will size up, and the chill in the air left a light frost on Friday morning (no harm detected though). Our sweet peppers are starting to slow and we may take a break on putting them in the shares for a week – but you’ll still be able to order them from the Farm Store. For Winter Squash varieties we are mainly still bringing in the lovely Delicata, some of you have asked about other varieties, don’t worry they’re out there Butternuts, Acorns, and Sweet Dumplings are all on our list to bring in soon.
Winter Holiday Boxes are Now Available!
This year we are again offering winter holiday boxes the week before Thanksgiving and the third week of December. These packed full bushels of veggies can be purchased individually or sign-up for both boxes and get a discount! Click here for our Winter CSA page!
