Wow, it crept up fast but the first week of 2014 CSA Season is right around the corner! It was a long spring, but our crew kept working through all of it prepping the fields, seeding, and transplanting. The harvest list is ready for Monday, and we are so excited to see what comes out of the fields! We will definitely have beautiful fresh greens and some hearty roots that we kept in cold storage over the winter. We have a tentative idea of what we’ll be packing next week, but we won’t be sure until we get out there so here’s an idea of what you can expect next week. We will also send you an e-mail the day you receive your box detailing exactly what’s in the box, with a meal plan including 5 recipes, and links to vegetable info and tips from our site. Hopefully you’ve had a chance to visit our new site, we’ve done a lot of work over the winter especially on our Recipe Index! We’d love your feedback and we want to know what you’d like to see on the blog so feel free to let us know in the comments below.
