Our farm is looking for highly self-motivated individuals that share our goals of growing high quality produce for our CSA program. Our work environment is fast paced, positive, and goal oriented. Crew members are encouraged to excel, learn new skills, and end each day with a sense of accomplishment. We are looking for Full-Time workers that have their own transportation and can work though the end of November. Our work schedule is approximately 45 hrs a week, nine hours days Monday through Fridays. Entry level wage is $8.50/hr with ample opportunities for advancement.
