American Skillet Company is a tiny but inspired cook ware design outfit located in Madison Wisconsin, specializing in American manufactured cast iron state shaped skillets. All of their products are cast in grey iron at a commercial facility in Kaukauna WI, and lovingly pre-seasoned in house over a hardwood fire.
